Footz Return and Exchange Policy

Important Note:

We don’t offer refunds to the original payment method. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business!

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and returns for store credit
  • All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Once we receive your item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Missing Package? Once an order is marked as delivered, Footz Sox is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location is available when placing your order. 

Received the Wrong Item in Your Order?

If you received an incorrect item, we're here to help! Please email us at hello@FootzSox.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The name associated with the order.
  3. The email address used for the order.
  4. A clear photo of the incorrect item along with the packing slip.

We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

Once confirmed, we’ll create a return label for you, and the correct item will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Item?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by a damaged or defective item. Please email us at hello@FootzSox.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The name associated with the order.
  3. The email address used for the order.
  4. Your preferred resolution (store credit or replacement).
  5. A clear photo showing the damaged area or defect, including the tag and error, laid flat.

We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue and take measures to prevent it from happening again.

Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to approve refunds if the seal is broken, the box has been opened, or the socks appear worn.

All custom orders are final and non-refundable.
