Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. FOOTZ SOX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of your order please reach out to us at hello@footzsox.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages FOOTZ SOX is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they have been handed off for shipment. If your package appears lost please contact us at hello@footzsox.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. FOOTZ SOX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us at hello@footzsox.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
