Absolutely — inclusivity is core to who we are. Footz was founded by a plus-size woman who began her own Pilates journey and wanted grip socks that felt supportive, confident, and beautiful for every body.

Sizing & Fit
What sizes do Footz grip socks come in?
Footz grip socks are available in women's and men's sizing. Women's sizes fit shoe sizes 5–10 and men's sizes fit shoe sizes 5–15. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
How should Footz fit compared to regular socks?
Footz are designed with a precision-fit knit that fits close to the foot. Unlike bulky grip socks that slip inside, Footz are intentionally streamlined so the sock moves with your foot and stays locked in place through every move. If you're used to thicker grip socks the fit may feel different at first — that's intentional and by design.
Can I wear Footz for activities other than Pilates?
Absolutely. Footz are designed for Pilates, Barre, Lagree, yoga, and home use. Many customers also wear them as house socks for everyday grip and comfort.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Footz ships to both the United States and Canada.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your Footz. Here's how our policy works:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method — returns are eligible for store credit and exchanges only
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
To start a return or exchange email FootzSox@gmail.com with your order number, the name on the order, and the email address used at checkout.
What if I received the wrong item?
We're sorry about that! Email FootzSox@gmail.com with your order number, name, email address, a photo of the incorrect item, and your packing slip. We'll send a return label and ship the correct item within 7–10 business days.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Email FootzSox@gmail.com with your order number, name, email address, your preferred resolution (store credit or replacement), and a clear photo of the damage including the tag laid flat. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I return socks that have been worn or opened?
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns if the packaging seal is broken, the box has been opened, or the socks appear worn.
Product Care & Washing
How do I wash my Footz grip socks?
To keep your grip dots intact and your socks looking their best:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or air dry flat
- Do not iron the grip dots
Will the grip dots wear off over time?
With proper care your grip dots will maintain their hold through regular use. Washing inside out and avoiding high heat in the dryer will significantly extend the life of the grips.
